SHOW INFO: FISHNETS & FILM is a QUEER FILM FESTIVAL hosted by a DRAG QUEEN. Each program includes joyful & engaging Performances AND a Screening of a current LGBTQ+ short film. Yes!, our show entertains our guests via Queer Performance Art AND Queer Cinema. Hosted by Ms. Sweet Nothing (IG: Sweet_Nothing_DragQueen).
BEAR-THEMED PROGRAM INFO: This show begins 6pm, with a pre-show mixer at 5pm. With featured Musician& Filmmaker TOM HOSS. Our pre-show mixer is co-hosted by Bears San Diego. Our film screenings include Tom Goss’s documentary short “Reshaping Beauty: Round in All the Right Places”. Our program includes a Live Q&A with Tom Goss about his short film and his music. Audience participation is encouraged!
LESBIAN-THEMED PROGRAM INFO: This show begins 8pm. With performances by Cassidy Stains & Rudy Ramrod. Our film screenings include Tami Magaro’s short comedy “Home Schooling During the Quarantine”. This show includes a LIVE Q&A, hosted by Film Consortium’s Jodi Cilley, with filmmakers RACHAEL HASTINGS & TAMI MAGARO. Audience participation is encouraged!
